Riped garment
I bought an item of clothing on account at the beginning of the year. It riped after the first wash. I went to Trueworths Northagate on 4/10/2015 to lodge my complaint . Apparently they could not find the record of my purchase because i have since closed my account.

At Truworths, we will gladly accept an exchange or refund on merchandise presenting a manufacturing fault; which is returned within six months from the date of purchase, provided that valid proof of purchase is presented and all requirements of this policy are met.
