Ridiculous service

I bought clothes at truworths rosebank on monday using my debit card. When I got home 1 item ddnt fit me returned it the following day (Tuesday). The refund was put back into my bank card, I asked how long will the money take to reflect in my bank account the guy nicely said 24 hours. Today is Friday night more than 72 hours and the refund still not reflecting in my account.
