Revlon Consultant refuses to refund me
I bought a Revlon perfume from gateway and when I got home I realized that it has been used, I returned it to the store and I was told that Nadine that deals with Revlon is not there she will contact me on the 28.08.2015 I contacted her on the 29.08.2015 and she put the phone down and said she was communicating with her manager she never came back to me until someone hung up the phone. She then contacted me on Tuesday to tell me that they wont refund me for the perfume because her manager said so. The manager that has not contacted me till today the 05.09.2015. I am so frustrated with the treatment that i have received from this woman who doesn't know what is customer service who refuses to refund me because she doesn't want to mess up her sales.

I am disgusted by the attitude that I have received from this woman and her attitude stinks. Revlon is such a big brand I don't understand how they would have someone so clueless about customer service in charge of their brand, I don't understand why I am to suffer because of their sales target.

It is the second time that I bought an open perfume in gateway and when I told their manager she said nothing about it. *********** pple
Thank you for your post.
We were concerned to read about your experience at our store, as such liaised with the Manager of the store in question.
We were informed that on the day of your return to the store, it had been two days after the purchase date and the Revlon consultant informed you that a return could not be authorized as the perfume had been used. She therefore, liaised with the representative from Revlon in this regard.
The Revlon consultant then contacted you to inform you that a decision was made by the representative to allow an exchange on the perfume. We were informed that this was declined by you at which point the matter was escalated to a manager, when the manager however got to the phone, the line was already disconnected. Although the consultant denies having attended to your query in the manner mentioned in your post, she has apologized for the way in which you felt she has attended to your query.
The manager has further made various attempts to contact you in this regard, but were unsuccessful in her attempts; she has however requested that you return to store at your earliest convenience for her to assist you in this regard.
Yours sincerely,
Lynn
