Had a bad experience at Truworths JHB ellof street, wanted assistance and the lady by the name of Lindiwe showed no interest in assisting me, she complained about how tired she was, and when we made a purchase the cashier by the name of Julius or Jonas forgot to cash in the paperbag and when we got to the door the security lady gave us an attitude as if it was our mistake that the bag was not cashed in, had to go back to pay for a bag. I have experienced excellent services from Maponya and Southgate stores.
