Bad experience because they inconvenienced me in a way that I bought a phone with them I returned it back because it had a problem with the speaker I waited for two months and weeks they took it for repairs after that they contacted me saying its back in store I took it home but still experienced the same problem I took it back and they told me I must sign papers and they'll take it away again for some time so I told them am not signing anything I want a new phone because I'm working with a cellphone at work they told me they can't and said they have a contract with mtn they can't give me a new phone and I told them as your valuable customer why can't you satisfy me then you deal wit mtn cz I bought a phone here not mtn. They couldn't help me so I left my phone with them told them if they can't give me a phone they must credit that money into my account and keep their phones, still they couldn't so they told told me I'll be in arrears if I don't pay but they have the phone which means I owe you nothing I didn't take anything your cz you failing me as your customer so what must I do. That is why I'm seeking for help from you because of that bad service I got there, thank you
