Reverse Transaction
First week of March 2015 Wonder boom branch ordered a dress on my behalf, my account was debited R570.00 till to date i dont have the goods. I have contacted contact centre numerous time to reverse the transaction till to date its not done. Am always promised that it will be done in 48hrs. Truworths service is pathetic especially the fashion delivery section.
