returns policy
hi, i purchased a dress on saturday 14 october 2017 at northagate as a gift, only to the unfortunate fact that the dress did nit fit her. so today upon returning the dress to Maponya mall trueworth, the store manager(mimi) with the cashier(zinhle) refused to take the dress despite all receipts being present. and the dress being in its original. and was taken care off according to section 11.5.5 of their returns policy.

We were concerned to read about your experience and therefore immediately contacted the Manager of the store mentioned in your post.
We were informed that on the day of your visit the manager evaluated the garment in question. During the assessment she noticed that the garment was not in a condition to be sold to another customer as the swing tag was removed and there appeared to be makeup marks on it. Her findings were that the return did not fully comply with our returns policy.
This policy is in place for our customers to be aware that we go through great lengths to ensure that the item they purchase off our shelves is in perfect condition, has not been worn or used and remains current with the latest fashion trends.
