Returns damaged item
Am at westgate shopping center and I was told that I can't be refunded immediately because it has to go returns review. When I paid there was no review of my money. I have met all their returns requirements. I am waiting as they are unable to make make a decision. Said about truworths

Should you still have the proof of purchase and your return falls within this period, you are welcome to take the item to the store for the store manager to assess.
