Returning make up
I went to lakeside mall to return make up that I bought earlier that day, the lady at the counter refused to take it back saying the box was a little squashed but the contents were not used and everything was still in the plastic pocket as it was packed in the morning and I hadn't opened anything, she just plain refused and wouldn't also take the concealer because her store wS a smaller store. This is bad service and made me want to return everything and close my account. She was just not helpful dragging herself and told me I should go back to east gate to return these things.
