Returning an item is the worst experience you will ever have, they will not help you. There is no customer service at Truworths MALL OF AFRICA

I had a very upsetting experience at Truworths Mall of Africa. I would never recommend anyone to buy there. I bought a perfume for a friend, and on the day of purchase, I even asked the lady if, in case she didn’t want it, I would be allowed to return it, and she assured me that would not be a problem. I then came back, and firstly I was told they didn’t have cash and that they would call, which they did later after 3 days I checked up with them again. I got there only to be told that I tampered with the package and it looked like it was opened. I could not believe it. They had to force-sniff to find the scent. They removed it from the plastic, and the box itself was intact. They had to force it open, damaged the box, and kept saying I tampered with it and refused to pay me back. I have never been so annoyed, and for anyone, I don’t recommend MOA. If you have issues or problems, they will not help and will make it your problem for buying from them. NEVER EVER! The beauty manager, who wears spectacles, was very rude and arrogant. Worst experience ever, and trade carefully with them.
