Returned Shoe issue raised Truworths lakeside
<p>Truworths</p> <p>Finally my request was attended ,Thanks to Nizaar the Area Manager of Benoni lakes side Truworths...He was not biased to the issue,but tried to understand from both sides at fault.</p> <p>The shoe was returned and I was credited.I would like them to get an advise on their policy regarding displaying shoes or items that are not in good condition. And they are not on sale.what is their standard regarding such items to avoid these complaints and what should a customer do?</p> <p>I will also advise customers to inspect items properly even if you buy for someone else,inspect it as though its yours.</p>

When merchandise is purchased in our stores our consultants are required to check that the item is in good condition, in particular in the case of shoes, to also check that the sizing is correct.
