Return policy non-existent!

Centurion Mall Truworths cashiers refused to exchange clothes whilst i had ALL the item recepts told me the account holder needs to come in!

Why...i just needed bigger sizes for the kids and NO refunds....was even willing to pay more money should the exchanged items exceed the original amount....I could only return the item to the shop and the moneys credited back into the account! Ridiculous.
