Return Policy

I bought it a cellphone at Truworths. After purchasing I realized that I was not happy with the cellphone because of some features like the storage. Then I decided to to go to the shop to exchange and I was told that they don't exchange or refund cellphone. My argument is that on their Terms & condition they did not say anything about that. I even checked their website which sad nothing about that. they told me that the person who was assisting should have mentioned it, but I told them that she didn't, She only mentioned T&C's regarding repairs.
