Hello, I purchased 2 jeans using gift cards in East London truworths at the Hemming-ways mall this was on the 27 November 2018 I went back to the shop to exchange for a bigger size and was informed that I couldn't do that without having the actual gift cards which I had misplaced at the time I recently moved back to Cape Town, last week to be exact and upon packing I found these gift cards I went to the truworths store in Adderley now Mnager just told me there is nothing she can do about it now my question is what am I suppose to do with these items? they do not fit I would like to exchange them for something else because it is absolutely not my fault that I was misinformed at the other store because I ma sitting with goods costing R830 which are brand new and of no use to me please advise what can be done about this issue as I asked them if there was no other alternative they could use in exchanging the items last year because I had the receipt and they said no this is totally unacceptable.
