Return policy
I received a gift from uzzi from an aunt who lives overseas while she was here visiting, however, the item of clothing was too small and I needed to exchange it. I did not have the receipt as my aunt returned overseas with the it prior to me going to exchange the item of clothing. When I went to exchange this item of clothing I was told it was not possible to do so and I needed to accept this despite the fact the tag was still attached and the clothing had never been worn before. I find this policy that truworths and its subsidiaries employ to be highly unacceptable especially when other clothing retailers such as woolworths and edgars do not require receipts in order to exchange items and are very helpful with such matters. Additionally, I am highly disgusted with the sheer lack of customer service I received in attempting to reach a satisfactory conclusion. Should this matter not be resolved I will not bring any further business to truworths or any of its subsidiaries and shall persuade friends and family to do the same.

On the other hand, should you be able to ascertain when and where the item was bought, we might be able to locate our copy of the transaction in order to assist you.
