Return of T-Shirt

Good day

I was at Truworths store at Whale Coast Mall to exchange a T-Shirt that a friend in JHB bought me when i visited him, When i got back home the shirt was to small so in went to the store to return it and the manager was so unprofessional and unhelpfull, she just told me that she could not help me without a slip. I mean really, who gives you a slip when they give u a present? So i just left and phoned Truworths head office and still no luck. They are useless and of no help for you as a client.
