Return of money back in my acc

I bought an item on 06.10.2018 at Canal Walk Truworths store . On the 21 October 2018 I had to return the item because of the size that was too small. I could not exchange the item for another size as there was no other size left. I therefore requested for my money to be return back to my account. The gentleman who was assisting me told me that, my money will be in my account in 2 days time. On Thursday the 25 October 2018 i went back to find out what was happening as i have not yet received my money back yet. I requested to speak to a supervisor or a store manager, he then told me that i was misinformed, the transaction takes about 7 working days to be return back to customer's account. On Monday the 5 October i made a call and phoned the head office since i haven't received my money yet. I explained my query, the lady who was rude, pity i didn't get her name told me it takes about 14 working days for money to be return in to my account. Till today i have not yet received my money !!!! I am so upset because i have been made a FOOL, truworths staff lying in my face giving me false days. I want my money back!!
