I've order a sneaker online at Office London 3 days ago and I put their Uzzi Kerk Store in Johannesburg as my delivery address. Today I went there to collect my order when they opened my consignment the box was in damaged(flat damaged). I didn't have a problem with that since my sneaker was owk. I fitted one shoe and it was owk and see no need to fit second one.I was told to take my sneaker and that damaged box because I can't leave it in store due to security reason. On my way out I throw the box in the bin since was not going to take that useless box home. When I arrive home I fitted both shoe and second one was tight. I went back to Uzzi store for return and was told they won't be able to help if I don't that useless box with me. I try to go and find it in bin but it was not there.

I'm now stuck home with sneaker worth R1300 which doesn't fit me. My sin is receive my order with that useless box now I'm regretting why allow The store Manager to give me my order with that terrible packaging and she is telling me they can't take my return without a box since they are still going to sell it. My question which customer can buy that sneaker in that terrible packaging

Come on Truworth you can do better I'm an account holder and my premium is up to date can you please exchange my sneaker and give me bigger size. The sneaker is still in good condition with tags and everything but without a box
