My aunt bought a dress for my grandma in January, unfortunately my grandma couldnt attend the wedding. My aunt took the dress back, it still hasnt been worn, still has a price tag but the lady refused saying they cant refund her account as she bought using credit. Now the dress is still at home and not worn, What do we have to do because we cant give it away or sell it to other people

In line with our Returns Policy, we will gladly credit or exchange any merchandise, provided that the item is returned within 30 days from the date of purchase and is still in its original condition, the original invoice is presented; the swing ticket is still attached and the item has not been worn or used.
As the allocated returns period had already lapsed, we confirm that you were correctly informed that a return could not be authorized.
We understand that you are not happy with this decision, however hope that you will be able to perceive and accept our stance with regard to this matter.
