REQUESTING PAID UP LETTER
<p>i have paid up my account at truworths, i need a paid up letter, since i was told that my account was handed over to adrs attorneys i am being promised to get my paid up letter and that 21 days of waiting has passed. PLEASE RESPOND URGUNTLY.</p> <p> </p> <p>King regards. </p>

We have investigated your concerns and can verify that your account was handed over to Advanced Debt Recovery Solutions (ADRS). As we were not notified on the status of the account by the agency we were unable to issue you with the requested letter.
Subsequent to your post we escalated this matter to their offices and were informed that they have emailed this letter to you on 28 September 2016.
