REQUESTING MY PAID UP LETTERS
I recently settled my accounts with truwoths and identity and struggling to get my paid up letters. The lawyers are playing games with me. Every consultant I speak to tells me a different story. The identity account they told me they had emailed the letter but I haven't got it in both my email accounts. The truworths one I'm told it is close by the lawyers but when I call truworths they say the balance I owe is still reflecting. Please attend to this matter. As I need those paid up letters urgently. And update my ICT listing.

Thank you for your post.
We have liaised with our Legal Department, and we were advised that a paid up notification of your Identity account was forwarded to you on numerous occasions of which you did not receive. We can confirm that on 25 February 2015 a request was put through to have a paid up letter sent to you of which you will receive within 48 working hours and an update will be send to all Credit Bureaus.
In addition, we have established that there is still an outstanding balance owing on your Truworths account and the account is being managed by Black Fox attorneys. Once the payment reflects on or records, a paid up notification will be sent to you as well as an update to all Credit Bureaus.
Alternatively, you can contact our Legal Department on *** should you have any further queries.
