REMOVE MY NAME ON ITC
I HAVE PAID UP MY TRUWORTHS ACCOUNT WITH NDS CREDIT MANAGEMENT, CAN MY NAME PLEASE BE REMPOVED ON ITS ALREADY, PLESAE UPDATE MY INFORMATION.<br> I HAVE DONE MY PART BY PAYING MTY DUES PLEASE DO THE RIGHT THING.<br> I WAS GETTING COUNTLESS CALLS WHEN I COULD NOT MAKE PAYMENT, BUT NOW THAT I AHVE NO ONE IS DOING THEIR JOB ON YOUR SIDE TO ENSURE THAT CLIENTS INFORMATION IS REGULARLY CHE CKED,<br> I AM BEYOND DISSAPOINTED, BY TRWORTHS AND THEIR DEBT COLLECTORS NDS CREDIT MANAGEMENT.<br> ITS POOR SERVICE FROM BOTH COMPANIES, I REGRET EVER OPENING AN ACCOUNT WITH THIS STORE.

According to our records NDS credit management (NDS), did not inform us that your account had been settled. Subsequent to your post, our Legal Department has addressed this matter with NDS who has confirmed that your account was settled in full following your payment made in October 2015.
We believe that a paid up letter was emailed to you today and a further instruction will be sent to all credit bureaus to update your payment profile to reflect the paid up status.
We trust that we were able to adequately respond to your query and wish to apologize for any inconvenience caused as a result of this matter.
