remove my name from the SAFPS

I have send and email to the ***** department and still waiting since 18 May 2024 for them to clear my name on the SAFPS list as it must b e done from Truworths ***** department and I even provided the department with the ref number still to date I can't do anything as ***** reflect on my name that even I wasn't aware. It's bad service for such a well known company.
