Remove my name from ITC
Almost 2 years ago I paid my Truworths account in full, and beginning of the year, I received my credit report and Truworths was still listed, after I requested them in 2012 to remove my name and clear the default. I have send several emails with my paid up letter, no one take responsibility to sort out my account, everytime I phone they have a different storie. The said I need to contact ITC and itc say they never received the request from Truworths to remove my name after serveral request from me. I spoke to Armiena, Ronel, Petronella and Buyeuua. Everytime I phone I get a different storie and all I want is my name removed ITC.

According to our records, your Truworths account status shows that the account was paid in full on 27 August 2014. On 21 March 2015, an instruction was sent to the Credit Bureaux to update the status of your payment profile, and to remove the default against your name.
Be advised that your payment profile held at the credit bureaux is an accurate reflection of the way in which you have conducted your account, and as a result we are unable to alter or remove this information in any way. This record will also remain on your payment profile for twenty four months from the date that the outstanding balance on your account was paid.
