Registered for the Funeral Cover I don't need
About two month ago I was called by a lady from Truworths/ Hollard about the funeral cover she was selling. I vehemently refused to approve of such cover that was going to be linked to my Truworths account. When the lady insisted that I take it I requested that she send me the document details on email or letter so that I can read and understand what was it about and thereafter she would call me to discuss whether I take it or not, she never did. Please refer to the call in question \I don't do business via the telephone cos somebody tried to de***** me". To my surprise when I checked my mail i come across a letter saying \""congratulations you are now covered for a R10 000 Funeral cover at cost of R61.00 P/M\"". In June 2015"

We have reviewed your account and established that the cover is underwritten by Hollard Life Assurance Company Limited which is administered by Trulife.
As this is a Life Policy that was taken out with Hollard directly we are unable to cancel it. We therefore contacted Trulife to investigate this matter with utmost urgency.
We were informed that a consultant from Hollard contacted you regarding this matter and informed you of the current status of their investigation. They have further undergone to remain in contact with you until this matter has been successfully resolved.
