Refusing to give me my Voucher
On the 30 April 2016 I was shopping at Truworths Man west street -421 and they refuse to reprint my voucher because i lost my vouchers and Please help i want to do the shopping but i must get my Vouchers first .

The service you described in your post is not in line with the high service standard we strive to provide our customers. Whilst the store was unable to reprint the vouchers during your visit they could have ***isted you in a different manner. We have therefore brought your complaint to the attention of the Store Manager to address with our store consultants to ensure that customers are always ***isted and in an efficient manner.
As we were unable to reach you telephonically we have sent you an email with the fashion voucher information you have requested.
We wish to apologize for your experience in this regard and hope to see you in our stores again soon for our latest winter fashions.

11 May 2016, 10:51Thanks a lot to Valencia and the lady Employee no is *** in 387 west street , They help me yesterday to buy with my VOUCHER and My phone was died and i was not see the VOUCHERS and they call the Helpdeck to get my voucher and i buy same time in the store , Great service Valencia and your employees KEEP IT UP .
