Refusing to exchange
Bought my mom tracksuits from Truworths. The sizes aren’t standard as you would think and now they refuse to exchange them as we have misplaced the receipt. Yet all the price tags are still attached. Not happy at all.

18 Jul 2024, 22:09No. I don’t. I will never buy from Truworths again. All other retailers will assist in a return annd exchange even a receipt isn’t present. I’m not asking for a refund. Highly regret purchasing from Truworths.
