refused to change sizes because I misplaced my receipt

I bought a dress at Burgersfort truworths,unfortunately the dress was too small and I misplaced the receipt, I couldn't get help because I bought it cash. All I need is to exchange the dress,it still have the price tag.i just need to change the size. Your help will be highly appreciated
