refused return
I went to Truworths in Landros mare street to return a dress that does not fit. I was told its after 30 days they can take it. The tag is still attached to show that i did not wear it. I was sent away just like that. What must i do with this item?

We acknowledge your disappointment at not being able to exchange the dress purchased from us.
Our Returns Policy allows you to return or exchange an item within 30 days from the date of purchase provided that the original invoice or gift receipt, in the case of a gift, is presented on return as proof of purchase.
As mentioned in your post, the dress was returned after the 30 day period and therefore the store could not authorize your request.
As you were not satisfied with this decision, we escalated your query to both the store and the area manager to address and provide you with further feedback.
