In line with our returns policy, customers are allowed to return or exchange merchandise at any of our stores within 30 days from the date of purchase provided that the criteria of our returns policy are met, with the exception of cellphones, cosmetics and fragrances.
We were concerned to read of your experience and therefore brought your concerns to the attention of the Area Manager of our Truworths store where you initially attempted the return.
Whilst the manager of the store was unable to recall your visit, she has apologized for the inconvenience caused in this regard and will take this opportunity to remind staff of the importance of adhering to our policies and procedures.
Following our telephonic conversation we are pleased that we were able to successfully resolve this matter for you.
