Refuse to exchange or return item
<p> my sister bought items at truworth sunny side Pretoria. One of the item was my dad pants. She took the pants to my dad at phalaborwa, Unfortunately the size is small. She went to the local truworth shop at phalaborwa to exchange. They refused because she is not having the till slip. She bought the items with an store account and she still remember the date of purchase but they refused to exchange the item for her. The pants still in good condition from date of purchase. She will be in phalaborwa till the 20 May before she goes to Pretoria. </p>
