Refuse to exchange because theres no price tag
I went to the store on the 5th dis months to return de jean i bought for my sister n i bought a jean with a gift card. Den accidentally my kids removed the price tag n everything was still attached on the jean n i had the receipt the manager refused to exchange it for me because the price tag was damaged. So what am i going to do with the jean because it doest fit her i even had to borrow her mine to wear during festive season. The way dey treat us its not fair we have to spend more money for complaining to head office. While they can resolve that matter internally its not fair at all
