Refuse to exchange
Hi I have bought clothes from truworths at Birch acres Mall and is the wrong size i can not wear it and I went to the store for exchange.. and the refused to help me...I bought them on the 7dec and the staff are very rude.. the overrider didn't even want to hear anything..I have spent 500 in that store and I have a right to exchange the clothes..I asked for their area manager or head office number..they don't want to give them..very poor service I have ever came across..I want my money or I'm taking this further..

18 Jan 2022, 09:51Am not satisfied that head office of truworths called me and told me that the can't help me with exchange because the rules are at the back of slips why when the customer purchase not telling us the rules only telling us want to do exchange I wont go back to collect that item until the exchange it is really unprofessional to them to refuse to do exchange for me
