Refusal to Exchange Items bought in store

I went to Earthchild in Tygervalley to exchange the clothes that were bought for my daughter as they don’t fit her but I was given bad service as it was more than 30 days yet I had to get a receipt as at fiuthey didn’t want to exchange it without the reciept now I had a reciept it was an issue of 30 days and the lady assisted me said with an attitude I must see what I want to do with the clothes as she’s not going to exchange it.

I have sent email to Truworths complaints department but I haven’t received a response All I want is to exchange for the correct sizes other retail stores were able to do the exhange of the clothes that were bought within the same period .

I’m really not impressed with their service.........
