Refurbished cellphone
I recently bought a supposed to be a brand new blackberry Z3, after 2 days I realised that the phone may be refurbished as the buttons cannot respond correctly. I took the phone to the retailer to explain to him that the device may be old but he wouldn't want anything to do with it and sent me away.
