Refund on Cash Purchase
Truworths Clothing refund policy should be checked out as I purchased clothing to the value of R3500 Cash. I was sent from Pillar to post for a week long to get my cash refunded. Why should one wait for 14days to get a refund when you paid cash

When items are returned and all the requirements of our Returns Policy are met, we will allow a full refund in the original method of tender. In the event of a credit card or Truworths account purchase, we will process a credit.
At times, the customer's chip and pin bank card reflects as a credit card and not a debit card, when scanned. These cards are known as hybrid cards and banks classify them as credit cards. Banks usually take between five to ten days to process refunds on these cards.
We would like to apologise to you for the manner in which you felt your query was attended to, as it was not our intention to cause you any unnecessary inconvenience.
However, you have verified that the purchase was done using your cheque card. For this reason, your refund only reflected within seven working days.
