Refund of item still not received

Refer Order No.o*** - this item was collected and was in the possession of the courier for over a week, when each call I made to the customers services, said they will escalate and still the order was not delivered. I then reisigned to say, I do not want the item anymore, please credit my account. The order was placed on 29.08.26 and I am still awaiting my credit.
