Refund me Bad service.

I bought on the 28-12-2020 time 13:16:45 R the total =1238.00 My second purchase 07-02-2021 R1208. 00=R2446. 00. I started receiving sms.,calls saying I have an outstanding payment. I went to query my R500. 00 online payment which my bank confirms that it was payed,on the 28 January. I then went and payed theR2446. 00 while my bank was checking the R500. 00 which is my name as reference not account no:I want that online money that was paid before I came and paid off and closed the account. Refund the online R500. 00.
