Refund

I bought a Puma tracksuit and a Reebok tracksuit. That was on the 14 May 2023. They delivered the stuff after 14 days. And on the 31 May I decided to pay R700 towards my Truworths account. Today (3 June 2023) I decided to return the stuff due personal reasons. I was aware that they were supposed to deduct a R25 for handling of each item. I had 4 items so they were supposed to deduct R100. Since I paid the R700 I then asked isn’t it possible for me to get the R700 back. After a long wait I was eventually helped at Truworths Zevenwacht Mall. However they returned a R640 and the cashier said the handling fee of R100 was not yet deducted they said they were going put it in my account. I don’t understand how come I got refunded R640 and the handling fee was not deducted they must still deduct it.
