Refund

16 Dec I bought a dress at Truworths Highveld Mall for a wedding but didn't wear a dress cuz a friend bought me another dress so I wore the other dress. So today I went to Truworths asking for a refund cuz I didn't see a reason to keep a dress cuz I wore another dress to the wedding. So I had a dress and a slip but I started at Ackermans to exchange the child's shoes so somehow I think I lost the slip there, then when I got to Truworths and searched for the slip it was nowhere to be found so the lady at the door told me to go get a Bank statement cuz the transaction was done by me. I went to the Bank to get a statement and when I got to the till point they told me they do not use statement for refunds they need a slip and I was not assisted so I asked if I want to exchange but now I don't have a slip what will happen, I was told they can try but it's going to be a process and it will need Authorisation but now I can't find a slip now I have to keep the dress. So is the anyway I can find a slip for refund or exchange. I once lost a slip at Edgar's but they just did an exchange for me they only wanted a date of the transaction and retrieve the slip from the system.
