Refund

Bought 4 items online on the 28th January 2021, waited patiently for my order. Only received a message on 16th February 2021 to collect my items on 18th February I went to fetch them. When I got there I received only two items and that I was told I collected the other two items, told the lady I didn't collect anything was told to come back today as online department is offline. Got there today 19th I'm told I was refunded cause I took long to fetch them. I mean It took me two days to fetch them. They even showed me the items but they want to charge me the original price while I bought them on sale. That's unacceptable.
