Recurrent Extremely poor service Truworths online

This is the 3rd incident I had with Truworths online. I ordered a jean and a shirt on 24 Nov 23. I only one item 30 Nov 23 only. The jean was sold out after I placed my order. I cannot understand how items that you do not have can be displayed as for sale. I could have bought another jean instead, while ot was still avaolable, but is also sold out now. They will refund me in 5 to 10 days only, but I jad to pay immediately, thus preventing me from buying another jean which I needed urgently! As mentioned this is the 3rd incident of the same kind. I am extremely upset. They need to do better planning. Only reason I buy online is when I dont fond the item I want instore. This is so dissapointing! They also take much longer tp deliver items than any other online store I have dealt with. This issue need to be adressed. I will also return the shirt I bought as I bought it as a set. I am a very unhappy customer and people need to know how poorly they deal with their customers.
