RECKLESS ITC BEHAVIOR - TRUWORTHS NEEDS TO REFUND ME!!!!

So, I went on my credit check to see my credit score only to see that a Truworths account is open in my name. I phoned Truworths and was told they owe me money and I should go in store to get it. O went to one branch. They said they cannot help me as there is an error and that i should go to another branch, which i then did. Guess what, same problem, they cannot help, so I was told go to another branch, which I now just refuse to do, already went to two branches. Problem here is. This is now affecting my ITC record. And it seems that Truworths is so useless that no branch can assist to get my money back, and because of this it cannot be removed from my ITC until Truworths has given me back my money. Convenient isn't it. Then, are they not credit provider? Should my money not have ran interest since 2008 when I closed my account? No one phoned me, I had to find this out myself by checking my ITC. This is absolutely the worst way to do business. Truworths I want my money back please. And maybe check what interest my money ran In your account and maybe refund me that aswell. So Truworths your branches cannot refund anyone it seems so how are you planning to pay me back.
