Really poor service
Emailed about 20x regarding my account, and no-one ever gets back to me. Just an automated email on "how to pay" - Paying is the very reason for email in the first place! Not everyone can take phone calls which they do not seem to understand. Really disappointing service.

17 Aug 2020, 16:07I really cannot believe you have responded like that. Did you read my review?? I said that I have emailed HOW many times, however no-one ever responds!!! AND in that token, I cannot take calls as my communication preference is EMAIL. My suggestion would be that you get someone to respond via EMAIL.
