Thank you for your post; we appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.
We acknowledge your frustration regarding the collections communications that you have received. However, when the total payment due is not received by the required date, correspondence is automatically generated as a reminder that your credit worthiness is an asset and staying up to date with payments an important part of managing your account.
For as long as the account reflects in arrears, the customer will receive collections communication regarding the status of the account. We do however regret that these forms of communication were not received in the manner in which it is intended.
To your point of a double transition the correction of this refund took place on the account on the 06 February 2015.
We urge you to keep your account up to date with payment so that you can enjoy all the benefits of being a Truworths account holder. Should you require any further assistance, please feel free to contact us on 021- *** or email *** and we will gladly assist.
Best regards,
Charmaine
