Re order: o*** price dispute
Re order:o*** HI I bought a top online the price was R270.00 but on check out it went up to normal price of R399.00 , I did send an email to services and online, last week up until now there is no respond from Truworths. I did buy the top at normal price of 399.00 as I was afraid size will be finish as it was on sale. I request a refund of R129.00 to be credited on my account.

Thank you for your respond , when I purchased I clicks on the one on sale , the changes happened on the payment process. I did not order the one of R399.00. I selected the one of R270.00 but on check out it changed to R399.00.
I feel its unfair to me to pay that much because of technical error .

Thank you for your respond , when I purchased I clicks on the one on sale , the changes happened on the payment process. I did not order the one of R399.00. I selected the one of R270.00 but on check out it changed to R399.00.
I feel its unfair to me to pay that much because of technical error .

02 Feb 2025, 06:53I placed an order on the 23rd that is correct and the blouse was R270, I wrote an email on the 23rd the very same day I experienced the price difference on check out.
Now you telling me I am lieing. I confirm I did not place the order on a 10% sale which the price was R199 on the blouse you are referring too, I place the order on the 50% sale on the 23rd, if you can check on the online truworths.co.za and services truworths.co.za, you will find my email I sent with a picture attached, that the blouse was R270 on sale,the price changed on check out. Surely it was a technical error ,that is why I wrote an email immediately after I ordered.
