I app**** for credit. Was told to take my id to the shop at qwagga center only to be refused assistance as I'm forced to use my old I'd book due to a ******* not long back. Now I can't get a card or credit due to rude and *********** staff. Extremely sad. I'll reexamine weather I'll buy at truworths if this is the level of extreme poor service and then snarling ****** remarks at me as I left the shop.
