Racial ************** and unfair treatment

Most horrible service ever I experience i recently opened the account and was helped by a lady she said my ID is old and I need to go home affairs to get the smart ID after I asked her to scan it it work than she picked up my details but told her fellow work next to her in her home language "zulu" that coloured people are forward and I asked for a supervisor named Kea The service i received was horrible that I had to express myself through using foul language and being discrimated cause I am off different race as well doesnt sit well with me I will Definitely not ever go back to the alberton city branch and will let people know not to ever go there
