query not resolved or explained
My complaint was not resolved as to why my account was handed over to 3 different attorneys<br> Lynn\s reply had no response to my complaint and is passing the buck over to DMC, I need an explanation because I am getting calls all day long from different people with different amounts and not sure who to pay<br> this is interfering with my Job and stressing me out and then you reply with no valid reason but instead blame DMC"
