quality issues

I recently just bought a ****** MARY GREEN Jacket and a Daniel HECHTER bag.The items have less than three weeks but I can confidently say my jacket buttons are coming out a jacket worth R1400 and I dont know what to do because I cant return without tags the bag inside is torn.By what I DONT KNOW ...I dont carry anything heavy ,its a small reading book,lotion and wallet and tissue.that it but its torn .Quality is bad but the items money is too much ...I need a solution what do I do return the jacket and the bag or what.When I opened the account I was hoping to get quality the items to last me a long time .
